I mounted this on top of my shorty bumper. I need the dimensions and IH Parts America staff was nice enough to measure it before I ordered. It worked great and even left the side mounting wings on it to mount my fog lights. It's not specifically a Scout application product but worked perfect for my project with the help of their sales staff.
