Sponsor the 2023 IH Sierra Fall Rallye to be held October 13-15 at the Nevada County Fairgrounds in Grass Valley, CA.

We offer two sponsorship levels - Stagecoach or Gold Country.
The Stagecoach level is for those who are donating items to be raffled. A Stagecoach Sponsorship Includes:
- Listing on the IHSFR Website.
- Recognition at the raffle.
- Listing in the event program.
- Insertion of flyers, stickers or any other marketing items you would like included with every participants grab bag.
The Gold Country level sponsorship costs $140 and includes the following:
- Listing on the IHSFR Website.
- Recognition at the raffle.
- Listing in the event program.
- Insertion of flyers, stickers or any other marketing items you would like included with every participants grab bag.
- Receive a personalized commemorative plaque and event tshirt.
- Includes one vehicle entry, two lunch, two breakfast and two dinner tickets.
Things to note when sponsoring:
Sponsorship includes one event tshirt. Addtional event shirts are $24 each. You will need to buy those separately.
Sponsorship includes a Vendor spot if you want to sell IH related items at the event.
Purchase Raffle Tickets Now and Receive Extra Tickets for purchasing early with your sponsorship.
Sponsorship does not include accomadations. To camp onsite please contact the Nevada County Fairgrounds at 530-273-6217.
Last day to sponsor and be included in all promotional items is September 30th, 2023.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER PARTS AT THE SAME TIME YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR THE EVENT. IT JUST MAKES IT EASIER FOR US TO KEEP THESE THINGS SEPARATE.
