The old style of twist on adapter put the gas cap way out from the body. It was a common event to run into it just walking by. This is such a great design, and beautifully executed as well. Love the IH symbols cut into the cap. Sweet! I have restored over 20 Scouts in the last 20 years and am very happy to see new improvements like this. Thanks, TJ's HotRods...................
