IH Parts America: Aluminum Radiator For 71-80 Scout II, Terra w/ V8 or Diesel Engine

Replacement aluminum radiator for ALL 1971-80 Scout II including Terra & Traveler.

For 304, 345, 392 gas V8 engines and Nissan SD33, SD33T turbo diesel engines.

This is a direct replacement for all Emission and NON-Emission versions.

Includes built in cooler for automatic transmission and new radiator cap.

Replaces IH part number 498496C1

Rubber isolated bolt kit can be purchased for an additional $12.95. Modification(enlarging) of the mounting holes is required for this kit.

Fan shroud not included.

You will need 4x 6mm x 1.00 bolts to attach the fan shroud to the radiator.

Awesome Radiator

Radiator cools great, does not leak, and is polished so adds a bit of bling:-) What more can you ask for? Attempted repair of a leaky copper radiator turned into a disaster 3 days before a 4 wheeling trip that started with a drive from Michigan to Colorado. I called Jeff and asked how fast he could get me a radiator; it arrived the next day and went in with no issue. Thank you IH Parts America!!!!! I go wheeling in CO most years. With my old (probably corroded) copper radiator, I would be 3/4 of the way to hot on my stock, not calibrated gauge. On an equivalent trip with the Aluminum radiator, the gauge never made it to 1/2; almost always steady at 3/8!!!! My fiberglass travel top cracked on the crossed axle body twisters, but the radiator held up to a week of wheeling and is still shining!
